We Rocked It!

On Saturday February 13, our Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation hosted its signature fundraiser, Rock the Foundation 11, at the Music Box Supper Club. Even though winter weather threatened, a great crowd of 550 people turned out to toast, dine and dance the night away.  

We offer sincere thanks to our many generous sponsors who helped us deliver the best Rock event in our history! We raised more than $230,000 to benefit the Lawyers Giving Back community outreach and pro bono legal service programs of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. These programs promote equal access to justice, diversity and inclusion, law-related education and community service provided by members of our legal community – all of which are critical to strengthening the fabric of our community. Finally, we have already begun work planning Rock the Foundation 12, which will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 – lock in the date now! We would love to welcome you and your friends next year for another night to remember.

At Rock 11, we presented the first ever Richard W. Pogue Award for Excellence in Community Leadership and Engagement to Christopher M. Connor, Executive Chairman of The Sherwin-Williams Company.
